Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is a flat fee of $10.00 per order.

 Geographical Shipping Limitation

At this time, we are only able to offer shipping within the United States.                   

Shipping Schedule

To avoid possible melting of butters during the hot months, which can occur and in no way affects the quality of the product, we have implemented a specific shipping schedule. All orders will be shipped on Monday and Tuesday to minimize the time packages spend in transit. 

Shipping Time 

Please note, due to all products being handmade to order, shipping time may take up to 7-14 business days depending on the size of the order. We appreciate your patience and understanding that quality takes time. 

Liability for Incorrect Address

Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. It is crucial to double-check your details to avoid any delivery issues.

Damaged Products

While we take every precaution to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition, we are not responsible if products arrive damaged due to a damaged shipping box. In such cases, the customer should contact the delivery carrier to report and resolve the issue. Our products are carefully packaged to withstand the shipping process, but we cannot control the handling by shipping carriers.
