At Beard Apothecary, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality beard butter and beard oil products. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, and in order to ensure the health and safety of our customers, we uphold a strict no return, no exchange policy.

1. Product Sales are Final

All sales of beard butter and beard oil products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of these products once they have been delivered to the customer. This policy is in place to protect the integrity and safety of our products.

2. Quality Assurance

We ensure that all products are in perfect condition before they are shipped to our customers. Each item undergoes a rigorous quality check to ensure that it meets our high standards.

**Disclaimer:** Due to the nature of the all-natural butters used in our beard butter, products may arrive melted if shipped during the hot months of the year. Please be advised that if this occurs, the product is still of the highest quality and can be used as intended. Simply place the product in the refrigerator to solidify. This does not affect the product’s effectiveness or safety and is considered normal due to the natural ingredients used.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at [email protected]. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product. Upon verification, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement of the same product. Please note that this is the only exception to our no return, no exchange policy.
